Berahino - the missing piece of the puzzle?
Firstly I don't think with our current wage structure and FFP we have the budget for him but I cant stop thinking that he would be the perfect fit for us. Fast, good on the ball, an excellent finisher. Could see him linking up with our current team perfectly. Wants out of WBA and of all the teams linked we would be the best option in terms of first team opportunities.

Also not sure he is quite the menace people make him out to be, just wants to move up to a higher level.

Even the Baggies fans absolutely hate him. That's all you need to know. That and he's fucking average

The only missing piece of the puzzle is his brain...

From what I have read about Berahino I think that he would be a divisive character. That's the last thing our squad need.

I've never been overly impressed when I've seen him.

Obviously has something, given the interest, but really don't think he is good enough for the big boys.

I include us in that.

They should have got shot in the summer. He's worth half now - he's clearly an arrogant little shit

I thin Wenger will be put off by his attitude.

I could see Chelsea taking a punt on him at this time. They're not exactly scoring bundles.

Is he good enough for Arsenal? Maybe. Giroud needs a bit of help. Wenger may take a punt.

But, yeah, I take your point.

I would think that when we buy our MARQUEE front man in the summer if will be more of a target man type of player like a Bony, not a little runt like Berahino.

Dont rate him at all, but then I never rated Kane either and he seems to have come good

Re: Berahino - the missing piece of the puzzle?
There is a fundamental problem with this though. And that is that Berahino is the missing piece of the puzzle for about 90% of the PL clubs.

Including the big boys. We have no chance.

Re: Berahino - the missing piece of the puzzle?
I'm sure levy has already tapped him up. He's already started saying he'll only go to Spurs so I presume Spurs will offer £12m whilst everyone else will be offering £25m

18m isnt a punt.

He has attitude problems... wouldnt touch him

Re: Berahino - the missing piece of the puzzle?
Not sure I have made myself look like a twat at all.

He is 22, scored a goal every three games in an ordinary WBA side (and that often played him up front on his own). He is wanted by Spurs and Chelsea (who also both only play one up front). As I have said I am not sure he has as big an attitude as people make out but I dont know him.

I do get that people might not want to take the risk but I think he is worth a punt.

If that makes me, Pochettino and Hiddink.twats then no problem.

angryrumphs.

You've mad a bit of a nob yourself here, haven't you.

It's better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

No thanks. Strikes me as a player who thinks he's already made it.

Too much trouble and has a track record for being a twat.

I'm with you RBShorty.

Embolo is shit-hot on FM16, which is entirely what I'm basing my opinion on.
